From Louisville:
Take I-64 west from Louisville to exit 118.
Then Right on S.R. 64 west.  Go straight through the stop light at New Salisbury then about 10 miles to caution light at Milltown.  Turn left at caution light. Go 1 mile and turn right on Margaret Street just before Maxine's Market.   Veer sharply to right and shop will be second on left.
From Leavenworth:
Take Hwy. 66 toward Marengo and follow to stop light at Hwy. 64 intersection.  Turn right onto Hwy. 64 E. go about 5 miles to the caution light and turn right.  Go 1 mile and Margaret Street will be on your right just before Maxine's Market.  Turn right onto Margaret St. and veer sharply to the right.  Shop will be second on left.
